 ne starting at 2 PM this Saturday\, October 18th. Pick what you like and c
 ome weigh your treasure at the store (which will remain open as usual). Ev
 erything is sold at €1/kg. 🎉 And of course\, this event will be an op
 portunity to share and have a drink together... who mentioned mulled wine?
  😉🍷Yes\, but some tomatoes are still green No worries 😉 You can e
 ither cook them as they are - Jam\, Chutney\, Pickles. But you can also ri
 pen them once harvested. Indeed\, tomatoes are climacteric\, which means t
 hey continue to ripen if provided with ethylene. And the champions of ethy
 lene production are apples and bananas. So place your tomatoes at room tem
 perature (+/- 68°F) in a box without them touching too much. Add an apple
  or a banana and let the magic happen. In a few days to weeks\, they will 
 turn red. Check regularly to remove any tomatoes that might have the bad i
 dea of spoiling. (Short explanatory video)Where will this event take place
